Terms of sale

Payment

• Payment must be received within seven (7) days of placing order.

Shipping

• We usually ship orders by USPS (United Sates Post Services) for free standard shipping and USPS / FEDEX for Expedited Shipping.
• During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
• Products are usually shipped within three (3-10) business days of receiving cleared payment.
• We always provide tracking number and link to carrier's site upon shipment on buyer's email.
• Shipping time depends on your local post service and chosen shipping method. We noted approx delivery times for available shipping options during checkout process
• Batteries are prohibited for delivery by air, so we use other own combinations of delivery for this kind of products. Such orders will be transit to US warehouse as first step, then order will be forwarded by USPS or Hermes. Important moment is that tracking of such orders will begin from transit warehouse. Orders with Fedex shipping will be shipped from HK directly to customers and buyers will receive tracking soon after shipment.
• All shipments are insured and buyer will receive refund of full payment in cases of lost or stolen parcel.

Return

• Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
• We offer a money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with any of our products.
• Products found to be not defective upon inspection will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if buyers want a refund.
• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
• RMA number is required for all returns.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Warranty

• All our batteries are fully warranty for a period of one (1) year from the delivery to the buyer.
• We will check security code (RMA number) that is placed on every battery, buyer should provide us with this information in warranty case.
• Warranty is excluded any improper use or failure to follow the product instructions.
